We accept dog wheelchair returns within 30 days of purchase and receiving them in new condition with all parts included. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this time. There is a 20% restocking fee for any returns. All replacement parts are warrantied for a year except for the harnesses and will be shipped for FREE.
What does new condition mean? It means that you return the product how you received it. Use a lint roller to remove any hair from the harnesses. Try the product indoors only to avoid dirt and any damage. Package the product carefully to protect all parts from rubbing against each other or from potential shipping damage.
Once we received the returned dog wheelchair it will be closely inspected. This allows us to maintain the highest quality and ensure that every item is shipped perfect for the next pet. If we refuse the return due to its condition, we will provide photos and an explanation of why.
